About Our Team

For nine years, we have lived along Robinson Street and, for the last four, we have raised our family in this town. We value our red earth, the deep sea, and every neighbour we meet here.

Gemma Davies-Norrish

Occupational Therapist

I am an Occupational Therapist with over nine years in practice, and I focus on accompanying people of all ages through different life stages to help them find their own ways to participate. During my early studies, a placement working with people living with disabilities helped me see the importance of gentle, steady support. Helping families navigate their own unique transitions and experiences showed me that Occupational Therapy was a path where I could truly listen and offer a helping hand.

I prefer a collaborative, strengths-focused approach, where I can show my dedication to helping people reach the milestones that matter to them. I strive to be a warm and reliable presence in the community, and I value the opportunity to stand alongside families, looking for helpful, everyday ways to make local life feel a little smoother and more connected.

Gem - Qualifications

Bachelor in Psychology (Edith Cowan University)

Support Worker

Seb enjoys fishing and shares his love for music by playing the guitar, drums, and piano. He helps coordinate relaxed music sessions for anyone interested in playing with a group, and he also offers gentle one-on-one guidance. When he isn't playing music, he likes to explore cooking, from simple homemade snacks to preparing local seafood gathered from the Blowholes reef for a quiet meal with family.
